Vera Ferreira

iSTARS Project Manager

Vera Ferreira is the Project Manager of iSTARS. She holds a PhD in Biotechnology and Biosciences (2020) from Instituto Superior Técnico, University of Lisbon, as well as a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the same university. Vera combines a strong scientific expertise, with over 10 years of advanced research, with management skills, contributing to the efficient delivery of research projects. She is passionate about bridging science and management to drive innovation and deliver impactful outcomes in biomedical research.
