António Vaz Carneiro
Full Professor at School of Medicine of University of Lisbon. He is specialist in internal medicine, nephrology and clinical pharmacology. He is the director of the Preventive medicine and Public Health Institute (IMP&SP), the Environmental Health Institute (ISAMB) and the Centre of Studies in Evidence-based medicine (CEMBE). He is also a clinical researcher with particular interest in the field of secondary research (systematic review and meta-analysis), translational methodologies and also in the Artificial intelligence applied to medicine and personalised medicine. He is also responsible for Cochrane Portugal. He has authored more than 400 scientific publications, among scientific articles, book chapters, and conferences communications.
